Billing
ToolsFix.net does not charge any recurring or automatic fees. Every payment is initiated by the user manually, ensuring complete control and transparency over your purchases. We do not store any payment credentials such as card or wallet details on our servers. We currently accept payments through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, Google Pay, Payoneer, and Wise. For international clients, PayPal and Payoneer are also supported. ToolsFix strictly follows all national and international digital transaction guidelines to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
Service Policy
ToolsFix Network reserves the right to update or modify prices, validity periods, and plan availability at any time without prior notice. Depending on service provider availability, ToolsFix may add or remove products in its subscription plans, including the All-in-One Plan, Designer Plan, and Blogger Plan. Our goal is to ensure consistent access to all tools, but certain changes may occur to maintain system performance or comply with external tool provider updates.
Security & Data Protection
Protecting user data and privacy is one of our top priorities. ToolsFix uses Sectigo SSL encryption and country-based Virtual Private Servers (VPS) to ensure a secure, cloud-based experience. Every file and data point stored on our servers is fully encrypted and protected. We only access limited information, including signup details (such as name and email), tool access logs, and IP addresses, strictly for verification and security purposes. ToolsFix Network does not and cannot access your personal project data, saved files, or private activity inside any tool.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued when a primary tool or service—such as Semrush, Envato, Storyblocks, Placeit, Grammarly, Canva, or Moz—remains non-functional for more than 72 hours (three days). In such cases, users are required to report the issue to Live Chat or WhatsApp Support immediately. Once verified by our technical team, we will either extend the plan duration, provide an alternative tool, or initiate a refund. Refunds are not applicable for minor feature errors, temporary downtime, or user-side issues (like browser extensions, VPN conflicts, or local internet disruptions).
Account Ban & Suspension Policy
To maintain system stability and fair usage for all customers, sharing your ToolsFix account or credentials with others is strictly prohibited. Any user found sharing login details may face account suspension or permanent ban without prior notification. Additionally, multiple logins from the same IP, VPN, proxy, or ISP on the same day may trigger automatic account restrictions. If you believe your account was mistakenly flagged, you can request verification through Live Chat Support, and our team will respond within 3 hours.
Notifications & Communication
ToolsFix.net may contact you via Email or SMS for important updates, service information, or promotional offers. By using our platform, you consent to receiving these communications related to your account and services. Important Note: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or access the ToolsFix website source code or extensions is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken against violations of this policy.
