Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable when a primary service or tool—such as Semrush, Envato, Ubersuggest, Storyblocks, Grammarly, Canva, VistaCreate (Crello), or Moz—remains non-functional for more than three (3) consecutive days. Please note: Some features or tools within group-buy plans may have limited or restricted functionality due to official tool policies. Because of this shared-access nature, refunds cannot be issued for missing or limited features.

Non-Refundable Situations

To maintain fairness for all users, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Your account is banned or blocked due to policy violations, misuse, or shared credentials.
Use of abusive or offensive language toward support staff.
Tool usage limits have expired or reached daily/monthly caps.
The tool or feature is temporarily under maintenance or being updated.
Refund requests made due to change of mind, accidental purchase, or preference issues.

Repeated refund claims or misuse of refund rights may result in permanent account suspension.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the process typically takes 4–5 business days to complete. This includes verification time by our administration team and processing time from your payment gateway provider (e.g., EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, Payoneer, or Wise).

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our Live Chat Support or submit a refund request through your ToolsFix account dashboard. Our admin team will respond within 24–48 hours to review and resolve your case.

Right to Modify or Deny Refunds

ToolsFix.net reserves the right to deny refund requests if the issue falls outside our eligibility criteria or if misuse is detected. We may also remove, replace, or update any tool in our plans without prior notice if official service issues arise. No refund will be issued for such updates.
